Centered on Nic Askew's transformative cinematic Inner View Method, each Immersion gathers people around a specific theme: the territory they most want to explore, and the truth they most want to find.
The conversations we most need are not happening in the formats we have available.
This work exists because the most important questions of our time — about how we lead, how we heal, how we belong, how we care for the world, what we leave behind — are not being met with the depth they require.

Every Immersion centers on Nic Askew’s cinematic Inner View Method.
Leadership coach Lori Zukin joins as facilitator and coach across many of these Immersions — sometimes present in the room, and almost always part of the follow-up work that helps what emerges take root afterward. Her engagement is deepest in The Soul of Leadership, where she co-facilitates alongside Nic throughout.

The Inner View Immersion does not teach you anything. It returns you to something.

The process unfolds across four movements :
The Arrival
Each Immersion opens with an orientation to the theme — not as content to absorb, but as a living question to meet. You arrive already in motion.
The Unraveling
Three days of unhurried conversation, shared silence, movement, and inquiry. Not as a program to complete, but as a container that gradually makes the armor unnecessary — and the truest response available.
The Witnessing
Your Inner View session with Nic. No script. No coaching from the lens. Just the camera as a patient, steady witness — and you, speaking from whatever origin point becomes available when performance no longer has a job to do.
The Integration
Follow-up sessions — most often led or supported by Lori Zukin — to anchor what emerged, translating the inner encounter into language, practice, and ongoing connection with people who have been through something real together.

Nic Askew
Nic Askew is a filmmaker and pioneering practitioner of cinematic inner exploration. Since 2010, he has created Inner View films with leaders, visionaries, and changemakers around the world, capturing the depth of human presence that conventional media cannot reach. His work begins from a place of absolute stillness, and it shows. Through an uncompromising process of witnessing, Nic creates the conditions for performance to fall away and for something quieter, truer, and more essential to emerge. His Inner View process sits at the heart of the Soul Biography, Immersions, Keynotes, and The Soul of Humanity, helping human beings see themselves and one another more clearly.
Lori Zukin
Lori Zukin is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, and leadership development architect with more than 28 years of experience. A Georgetown-trained coach and former Booz Allen Hamilton executive, Lori works alongside Nic across the Inner View Immersions — sometimes in the room as a facilitator, and almost always in the follow-up work, helping participants translate what surfaces in the cinematic encounter into language, practice, and lasting change. Her engagement is deepest in The Soul of Leadership Immersion, which she co-facilitates with Nic from start to finish. Her partnership with Nic dates to their first encounter at Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching Program in 2010.
